I can't find the download links to my packs anymore, or I've accidentally deleted the emails! What can I do?

Contact support and we will resend you the download links.

Why do I have to pay for advertised free packs? It says I have to pay more than $0? 

You can simply type 0 in the box and you should be able to get the pack for free. Don't send me 1p, it goes straight to PayPal's pocket. Not mine.

Can I pay in dollars or any other type of currency? 

The money from will be converted from your currency to Euros automatically with your card or bank. To find out how much something is in your own currency, type in the price on Google and it will show you how much it is. This is an estimate as it doesn't include exchange or bank fees.

Sample Packs Refund: If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we encourage you to get in touch. In most cases, we aim to find a satisfactory solution without the need for a refund.

However, if the issue cannot be resolved or you are not satisfied with the outcome, we may consider providing a refund. To request a refund for a sample pack, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item, providing details of the problem you encountered. Toog & Goot store will assess your request and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a refund.
